Denver, Colorado– March 2024 – Clear, precise, tough, Swampfox Optics is excited to announce the second-generation Tomahawk II LPVO. Offered in 1-4×24 and 1-6×24 variants with two reticle options, the second focal plane (SFP) low-power variable optic is built on a compact 30mm tube and features multiple internal and external enhancements that reflect end-user feedback and needs of real-world shooters.

Delivering competition, hunting, and tactical performance in an affordable package, the Tomahawk II offers shooters an expansive field of view and edge-to-edge clarity for rapid target acquisition and precision. Complemented by a generous eye box and considerable eye relief, the riflescope supports both-eyes-open shooting for improved situational awareness and seamless transitions between targets.

Tomahawk II is available with two illuminated SFP reticles: Guerrilla Dot Bullet Drop Compensation (BDC) and the new Bright Fiber Optic (BFO). With holders for 5.56 and .308/7.62×51, the simplistic BDC reticle is offered in standard, glass-etched red and green illumination. Shooters desiring a nuclear bright single point of aim have the choice of red, green, amber, and new blue fiber optic illumination options – a first for Swampfox optics – with MOA ranging. Both reticle styles offer 12 brightness settings for any light condition, including daylight-bright and night vision devices.

Further upgraded from Gen 1, Tomahawk II is now equipped with a push/pull locking elevation turret with zero reset and a capped windage turret to protect settings in the field and lock-in adjustments with confidence. Illumination offers intermittent on/off positions to extend the run time of a side-loaded CR2032 battery. Weighing 20 ounces, the Tomahawk II is constructed from durable 6061 aluminum and features fully multi-coated, anti-fog, and hydrophobic lenses to withstand heavy recoil, overcome harsh environmental conditions, and take on everyday use and abuse.
