Anniston, Alabama– February 2026- Each summer, the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) sponsors a popular series of Junior Rifle Camps and Clinics to teach intermediate and advanced rifle marksmanship skills to junior shooters and their adult leaders. Camps are open to any entrants. All camps are one week long, with the exception of the Outreach Clinics. If you and your athletes are unable to attend a CMP Junior Rifle Camp, contact Ryan Hinson to see about hosting an Outreach Clinic at your location.

Registration
Athletes will have the option to register as Individuals or as Teams. This is done to make registration easy for everyone involved, despite there being no team events during the Junior Rifle Camps. If you have any questions during any step of the registration process, please contact Alana Kelly or Ryan Hinson for assistance.
Coaches and Adult Leaders—if you are tax-exempt, please email your Tax Exemption Certificate as soon as possible to Ryan Hinson at rhinson@thecmp.org.

Camp Costs
- Camps $430 (adult leader cost included)
- Payment is due at registration
Refund Policy
- Full refund until April 14, 2026
- Partial refund (with reasonable situation) after April 14, 2026, until camp
- No refund for no-shows
Important Reminders
- All Athletes and Adult Leaders need to send in a Medical Release Form.
- All athletes must attend camp with an Adult Leader.
- All substitutions need to be submitted for approval.
Camp Counselors
This premier program has a long-established history of providing the highest quality three-position camps for air rifle and smallbore, and international air rifle instruction in the country for high school athletes. With the help of camp counselors, the CMP is able to reach hundreds of juniors every year, all while providing staff a truly one-of-a-kind summer experience. Camp Counselor positions are open to college students who have completed at least one year of school and are members of an NCAA or college club rifle team.
