Built in 1964, Phoenix Raceway is known as the “Desert Jewel” racetrack and regarded as one of the premiere motorsports venues in the Southwest.
The first NASCAR Cup Series race at Phoenix raceway was held in 1988 and in 2020 began hosting the NASCAR Championship Weekend. Phoenix Raceway is a one-mile, paved asphalt track with a unique dogleg design in the backstretch that makes it a one-of-a-kind track.
Viewers can catch the race on FS1 and listeners can find it on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
