Keelyn used the Taylor’s Runnin’ Iron® pistol to compete this week and it never once let her down. The courses she ran involved shooting fast speeds and long shots on her trustworthy horse.

The Runnin’ Iron is the lightest and most efficient mounted-shooting gun on the market. The Runnin’ Iron is sure to suite anyone’s style with multiple finish options.

In the main championship match, Keelyn competed against 250 highly skilled competitors and she placed 5th overall as the Ladies’ Reserve champion. In the Ladies 6 competition, there were a total of 6 competitors, and she finished 2nd in her class. The shotgun event had 60 competitors and Keelyn came in 11th overall and 3rd in high lady.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results,” said Keelyn McGiboney. “In my first match as Ladies 6, I was competing with the best-of-the-best and only came in 2nd place by less than a second. My horse and firearms performed flawlessly. As a level six competitor in the CMSA riders’ class you have to take long, accurate shots quickly to be competitive. My Taylor’s Runnin’ Iron® Black Rock made it possible.”
