The Louisiana State Action Pistol Championship and the Crawfish Cup Regional Championship were hosted April 21-22 by the Southwest Louisiana Rifle and Pistol Club in Lake Charles, LA. Piatt finished 2nd Place in the Crawfish Cup, an event he’d won the previous four years. The 80+ competitors in attendance were from all around the US, and as far as Germany. Each of the participants competed in the falling plates, moving target, barricade, and practical events.

Piatt stated, “When using Vihtavuori in my 38 Super, the gun returns better, enabling me to get a quick return on my sights. Its softer recoil and improved accuracy provide a real competitive advantage.”
